Selecting a Trainer

The benefits of a fitness program are known to everyone. I understand that people are often too busy with careers and family to start a program on their own. Let’s put a training program in perspective: the single most important contribution you can make to all your professional and personal responsibilities is a healthy you. As a client you’ll receive: Custom workout program and book Personal training sessions Nutrition plan Daily written workouts Access to current training and health information 24/7 access to me
Client’s have different schedules and needs so I offer different training programs. Personal Program for the client who needs a regular workout program provided for them. For some people, having a regular scheduled weekly workout with a trainer is the easiest way to reach their goals.  Six sessions of forty- five minutes each for a total of $300. Brush Up Progrm designed to periodically help a client with an existing program. These sessions are used to tune up a person’s existing workout.  Single one-hour session at $75. Jump Start Program designed for the client who wants to learn and build their own long-term program.  Four 60+ minute sessions for $300.

Unexpected injuries and illnesses can put a halt to any fitness program. But, there is hope. You don’t have to lose all your gains just because your ill or injured. Contact me for more information about the current techniques and programs available to help you keep the hard gains you’ve earned. Physical limitations don’t have to mean life limitations. I specialize in fitness therapy programs designed to build strength, stamina and skills for everyone and have designed unique equipment which allows the physically limited to use many kinds of fitness equipment.
